I had expressed some concern before that abortions and women's healthcare coverage were going to be limited under the ACA. However I found some information that makes me feel a lot better.
I did not know about this and am writing this because I am certain many other people didn't either.
On August 1st 2012 these provisions went into effect, women do not have to pay co pays for the following:
1. Well woman visits
2. Gestational Diabetes screening
3. contraceptive methods, education and counseling
4. breastfeeding support
5. HPV testing for women over 30
6. counseling for STDs
7. counseling and screening for HIV
8. Domestic violence screening and counseling
